I was reading an article on skinny foods that are very healthy, by Joy Bauer when I thought I want to spread that word to my blog readers. These foods are low on calories, and still make you feel full, that is important, so is taste, ya know, the yumminess of a food plays a big role in weight problems. A healthy dose of fiber and protein combination is a great way to not be hungry after eating, this can be done by having some Pumpkin Pudding, combine nonfat vanilla yogurt, around 6oz with 100% pure pumpkin puree around 1/2 cup, and throw in a little cinnamon. This will keep you from wanting to munch later and is very good for you.

Keep these habits, find fiber, protein, and vegetables, brown rice and things like those that can be filling but satisfying and you can and will succeed in flushing out that uhk and bringing in the skinny.
